Over the past 30 years I have personally explored many different forms of healing, ranging from Reiki, Meditation, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, Homeopathy, Holisitic Massage, Journey Therapy , Spiritual Healing, Herbal Remedies, Nutritional Therapy, Energy Interference Patterning and Sports Therapy.  My positive healing experiences have proved that natural therapies complement each other as well as the scientifically developed ones – working them together where necessary is a sensitive and sensible approach.
